Valve assembly

The valve assembly is a key component of the hydraulic end of a mud pump, with high operating frequency and high impact resistance. The valve body and valve seat are all made of high-grade alloy steel20CrMn- Ti forged as a whole, and processed and manufactured according to strict process regulations to ensure high smoothness and accurate di- mensions. Advanced heat treatment methods are used, with a carburiza- tion depth of more than 1.8, so that the product achieves high strength, high toughness, and a working surface hardness of HRC60 or above. The sealing parts are made of polyurethane or special rubber,which is ex- tremely wear-resistant, has a long service life, and an effective use time of more than 300 hours.
